§ 1 Scope
For the business relationship between dirksn and the customer, the following terms and conditions apply in their version valid at the time of the order. Dirksn does not accept deviating conditions of the customer, unless he has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. The products selected by you via the “Add to Cart” button will be summarized in an order summary at the end of the order process. Here you can check all information provided during the ordering process and complete or correct it using the “Change” button. By clicking on the button “buy now” you send off your order data and declare binding to dirksn to purchase the products listed there (offer). We accept your offer with receipt of your order automatically. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order and contract in which the details of your order are listed again. The text of your order will be stored by us and may be sent to you upon request. For your safety, dirksn recommends that you print out the order data and the general terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering. German is available as a contract language. Please note that we sell all products only in budgetary quantities.
§ 3 Revocation
We would like to point out that there is no right of revocation for the works acquired by you, as the works created are individually produced according to your specifications. For individual products a right of revocation according to § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB is excluded.
§ 4 Production
The works selected by you are produced by WhiteWall Media GmbH and sent to you. Please note their terms and conditions.
§ 5 Editions certificate with signature
For organizational reasons, dirksn can send the Editions Certificate (with limited art) with signature separately to the customer – even with a time delay.
§ 6 Prices, due date and payment
The prices indicated in the shop are final prices including value added tax. The shipping costs are already included in the final price of the order. Information about the shipping costs can be found in § 7 of these AGB.
You pay in advance. You agree to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract. The production order will take place only after receipt of your payment.

§ 8 No grant of rights
By buying a photographic print, you are only acquiring material ownership of the print. No other rights are granted or implied. Any reproduction (copying), dissemination, leasing, public exhibition or other analogue or digital use is not permitted unless authorised by law. However, you can resell the print.
